NIOS Stream 1 Block 1 Admission: What’s Open

NIOS admission runs in two blocks per year. Block 1 typically opens around mid-March. Stream 1 is the regular admission route for fresh Secondary and Senior Secondary students.

Keep your ID, address proof, photo and any previous marksheet (for Transfer of Credit) ready, and complete admission on the sdmis portal within the block window. Late admission carries extra fees in slabs — confirm the current dates and fees on the official portal.
