NIOS Marksheet, Migration Certificate & Duplicate Documents

After your result, NIOS issues your marksheet and, on request, a migration certificate and duplicate documents. Each is handled through the official NIOS portals.

Getting your documents

  1. Download/await your marksheet — Your result and marksheet are available on the results portal; original marksheets are dispatched after the result is finalised.
  2. Request a migration certificate — Apply through the student portal if you are moving to another board/university and need a migration certificate.
  3. Apply for a duplicate marksheet — If a document is lost or damaged, use the official duplicate-document process on the portal (a fee usually applies).
